I recharged and suddenly the package is changed without prior information

I just recharged a sms pack of rs32 which I do regularly and it was used to be for 400 national and local sms's, but when I recharged it today on 15th Sept the package is changed and now the package is only for local region, I am really fed up with your service, please please provide some better service, I always think that you can do in better way, but every time you guys disprove my belief on you. So kindly provide me the MNP guidance.
