Unable to comply for the procedure of M.N.P

I had applied for M.N.P. on 13/09 and had received the M.N.P code which is AE895282.Currently i am using Airtel number 9005097608 and I had opted to switch over to TATA Docomo. My request was also registered successfully with registration number 3846221.I have also obtained a sim card of Docomo. Now Airtel has on its own cancelled my request of M.N.P. and my request for M.N.P has been rejected. I have paid Rs. 30 as M.N.P. charges to my retailer and now I am not able to proceed in this regard. Most awful thing is that the employees of Customer Care are not attending me well and they are not responding to my complaint. When I Call them they just tranfer the call to their senior officer and after that the line automatically disconnects.

So, its my humble request that you please look into the matter.
