Airtel is deducting my money without any reasons. This time they charged me Rs.10 claiming that i downloaded some stuff from gprs but as a matter of fact, gprs is not even activated on my phone. And when called to customer care, he kept me on hold for about 6-7 minutes TWICE and call automatically got disconnected both the times. And this time they charged for customer care's usual fee without even solving the issue. This is not for the first time. In past few months this is quite a regular issue with me. They automatically activates some useless service and charge for it. But i never made a complaint for it. Now this is really getting worse.

Plz take some action against them because same thing has happened with some of my friends also.
