Dear Sir / Mam

It is a horrible experience for me to keep air tell Sims with me. I Have been in India for few months and chose air tel and to be honest this is the worst experience of my life. Every time they cut my money without any reason and the services which i never subscribe and when i call them, customer care informs me that i requested for it and it happened continuously every month. I bought 3 Sims for my family and it is happening with every Sim card.

If some one listen to my customer care calls will definatly have pity on me.

I am regretting why i had this. Every month they are cutting my money it is very very bad.

I will advise every One not to go for Air tell

Go for any other network but not for Air tell
