Incorrect code from 1901

Hi,

I am using the airtel number I want to port out my airtel no. but when i am generating UPC (unique porting code) they are not providing me the UPC code & the error which is coming

You have entered an incorrect code. SMS PORT to XXXX and initiate a new port in request.

iam allready sending the message as they shown above

Kindly help me in this matter so that I can port out my no. as soon as poosible.
