Mobile no. 9871708281. I already have a complaint registered against Airtel on Sep 6th 2011. I feel that Airtel being a very popular and reputed Company lack in customer satisfaction. I recieived a call from airtel customer service when I registered the complaint and they told me that they will be calling me again with a solution. I didn't recieved any cal. Then again I received a cal after 1 week, they asked me the same bullshit questions which I already have answered 5-7 times. I also told them that their customer service has barred my number from calling to their customer service numbers namely 123, 198 and 9810198101 . Till now I haven't received any call from them and I am also not able to connect to Customer Service also. These pepole don't give a shit to if their customers are being suffered by their mistake. They know how to unnecessary deduct amount from customers but when it comes to their fault they show so negligience and irresponsiveness towards their customers, which is not at all justified. I don't know why Government is not taking any action as I can see so much of complaints are being registered against the same company for the same fucking reasons. This is making them more irresponsive and more & more customers are being suffered.
