Retailer recharge conflict over validity

Well on my successful port in to airtel from my earlier mobile service provider I had thought that airtel would give better services but without any reason I am unble to contact the customer care even though I can make calls & receive them.

I had to change my plan from all calls @60p.min to loc calls @ 35p/min, so I checked in their website which had mentioned that recharge of 37 would give the benefits for 60 days but my retailer tells me off that it would be for 30 days.

I appeal to airtel to please enable my customer care calling facility and notify me the correct validity period for the recharge made for 37.
