Not getting monthly bill but claiming unpaid by use

Dear Sir,

My broad band /land line no :044-45582518

I am having Airtel broad band connection past 7 months my issue is not getting usage bill on any of the months. Either by softcopy thru mail or hardcopy thru courier but getting prompt response about due amount and reminder, .

So far I have registered complaint around 3 times and also updated alternate e-mail id during conversation. My recent complaint no. is 3884412 they have mentioned will this ticket by 16th of sep till date not received.
