This is in regards to disconection of services from my mobile nos. 9910713824.
Please note that the undersigned has filled request of conversion of my pre-paid connection 9910713824 to post paid on 21th Sept’11 from Relationship Centre Shoprix Mall Sector-61 Noida.
Following the request Airtel Verfied my details on 26th Sept’11.
But from 26th Evening services from my pre-paid connection was disconnected & the new post paid sim is also not activated yet.
Please be informed that this is my official nos. & I am in great toueble coz of the disconnection had already lost many conference calls cause of unavailability.
From 27th Sept'11 me & my colleagues are constantly following up the Ralationship Officials/Customer Care/Nodal Office/Apellate Office for the same but its matter of great disappointment that there is not satisfactory/ confirmed assurance from any airtel body about the activation of my nos.
So sorry to say but even Airtel Apellate Office dont have any assured response.
I spoke to Apellate office thrice on 28th Sept'11 every time i was assured that the nos will be activated in 2 hrs.
They also assured me that i will be contacted for the issue from Airtel Team but from 26th Sept'11 i have not recieved any communciation from Airtel.
