I have received continous messages from airtel on 22nd 23rd 24th September regarding a offer of 33rs recharge where I will get 27 Rs instantly and rs 38 within 48 hours and 100 minutes airtel to airtel free and when I have a recharge of rs 33 I only get rs 27 at that time and I waited fot the talktime and I registered a complaint no CBNRA30927839819 ON 27th September and till now no action has been taken on my complaint. I had called up the customer care and they said that sir you are speaking lie and no such message has been sent to you .and when I try to contact them again they disconnect my phone in between. Airtel has a bad customer service and Its network is also losing its quality. But airtel should not forget customer is the king and I am now thinking of mnp
