My blackberry plan of Rs 399 was deactivated without any remainder from airtel. Even after following all the procedures and Rs 399 deducted from my account for reactivation, my plan still remains suspended. Customer care executives seems to be inexperienced regarding grievance redressal as all the deadlines of 4 hrs and 24 hrs have lapsed. I also tried to contact nodal officer of UP (W) circle but mobile no is not responding and no response of any email regarding my complaint.
