Bill Plan changed without notification

Hi

I have a airtel corporate no 9650054329 of bill plan RA10 Cug 300, which was on 0 rental.

Today I got a sms stating that your plan has been revised now your monthly rental will be rs 199.

This is a clear cheating, first of all company had given 0 rental then after sometime they are charging 199

without any prior notification. Please look after this issue.
