Not fixing dead phone

Hi

My Land line phone is dead and broadband is also not working. Many times I called on Airtel customer care but they are not fixing issues so I called to disconnect phone but they are neither fixing nor disconnecting the land line phone issue.

They have also sent bill for the month of sep but during that period my phone was not working.
