Prepaid Balance

I have Airtel Sim Card vide no.7898755011 and i complained to Airtel Customer Service to deactivate all services except incoming and outgoing calls or messages. But they are activate services without my knowledge and deducting amount from my balance. when i complained they are telling we will refund your money but till date i have not received any balance.
