Dear Sir,
I am having a prepaid connection which has been deactivated from airtel for want of documents. The doccuments is not being accepted by Airtel relationship center and phone is not getting activated. Pls find the details in cronological order.
1) Connection taken in 2006 as post paid.(9903078997)
2) Applied for conversion to prepaid in Jan
3) Converted to Prepaid in March after paying Rs 100 as conversion charges and submitting all the required documents.
4) Started receiving SMS for submission of documents again from May
5) Objected to resubmitting the documents on ground of the documents already submitted in March.
6) Raised concern if my documents have been utilized in giving illegal connection.
7) On regular chaseup from my end got a confirmation that I do not have to submit the documents.
8) On 25th Sept SMS is sent again asking for the documents and Sim is Barred.
9) Took the documents to Airtel relationship Center at Rashbehari Avenue, Kolkata where the executive declined to accept the document stating there is no issue with the sim and same would be activated within 4 hrs.
10) Enquired with Customer care whereby it was confirmed the sim would be active within 4 hrs.(Mail as proof of evidence).
11) After various mails and communication (Mails available as proof of evidence) to Nodal / appellate, No response Sim is still in Barred condition.
Pls help in resolving the said issue.
