To be precise, I am listing my problem in short. I have two complaints.
1. Network coverage issue at my home since last 8 months.
2. I gave up on airtel and applied for MNP, but they rejected it.
I am airtel post paid customer since last 4 years. I did not wanted to shift to any other service provider and hence i waited for 8 months to resolve this network coverage issue (I think is the most genuine reason to apply for MNP). Finally when I applied for MNP, immediatly i started getting calls from them but nothing got resolved. i also wested lots of time talking to customer care and explaining whole strory every time.
After this story I am not interested in being with airtel any more. I am ready to appeal to TRAI and go to consumer court if required.

I applied for IDEA post paid through MNP.

Airtel replied to IDEA saying they have contractual obligations.
I wanted to know what are the contracts I made with them and solve those so I talked to airtel customer care and they said we dont know. they literally wested my time keeping me on hold for long time and then terminated the call.
