Never takes customer complaints seriously

I had recharged my airtel prepaid card 9967860660 with a Rs 95 sms pack and despite of that Airtel was deducting amount from the main talk time account. I called the customer service number but every time they would just say that the complain is registered and it will be rectified soon, however it is not been rectified to date. This is the second time i ma facing this error please look into it asap.
