Bill not delivered ontime

Hi,

I am Amit Shinde and my complaint is with regards to Airtel bill not received at my end.

From past 3 months I am not receiving my Airtel bill due to which I am unable to pay my bill on time. When I called the customer care to ask the reason why my bill not been delivered they are giving me the answer that I had sent the courier person back stating I dont want the bill.

Mine very simple question to them is if I had denied to take the bill then am I mad or fool to pay the bill by taking the bill amount from customer care person.

Bill is denied when a person dont want to pay the bill whereas I am a regular customer from past 7 years and paying my bill ontime but i can understand why from past 3 months i am facing this problem that i am not receiving bill ontime and getting a stupid answer that courier person states that i denied from taking the bill.

I just want the Airtel customer person to look into the matter careful and sort it out, that why courier guy is telling such a lie. Today also not a single courier guy came to my house for airtel bill but still i am getting an answer that I have denied from accepting i dont understand on which stupid address this courier guy is going and why the problem has just started from past 3 months.

As the address is still the same and I havent changed or shifted from my recent residence. This is really disgusting and disappointing on my part to see after being customer for so many years I am getting such bad service. Do Airtel now wants me to shift to some other service and so they have started giving me this bad service.
