Account balance dispute

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a prepaid customer of Airtel (09678384896), the service provider is deducting Rs3/Rs5 from my account balance everyday. On complaining I they are making stories and declaring the charges as VAT charges, about Rs40 has been deducted like this. First, they were not receiving calls but on frequent calls, I have a talk with supervisor. He was sorry for his mistake but he did not gave the money bank. His Response was very low, so I quarreled but he cut the call. After sometime, he suddenly charged Rs35 in name of internet service which we did not asked for. I send a complaint but he gave no notice to it. When I tried for Internet the service did not worked. Now sir. he has crossed the limit by not providing the service, for which he charged unnecessarily.

I am a customer of this service but they are cheating us frequently. Please sir look into this matter. I have faith in you Sir and please give your valuable notice to it.
