Number got disconnected

Hi,

I have been using Airtel for more than 6 years now. All of a sudden my service got cancelled. The reason they gave was that I didt submit the verification documents so they recycled my number.

But the fact is, I have submitted the documents twice and I have shown the acknowledgement of the submission.

Now this Airtel is not giving back my number. They are saying the number is recycled and I cant get it back. I didt get any support from the executives or anyone from Airtel.

Any solution to get back my number?
