Incoming calls not coming on my no

Dear sir,

i am airtel coustomer from last 6 year to till yet.my sim was not working from 22 augest 20011 to till now.my mob. no. is 9960546288.now i am facing a problem because incoming call not coming on my mob. no. & also Msg not coming & not sent from my mob.

i called coustomer care so many times but they dont solve my problem.i have change sim 2 times (simx), but my sim not start only outgoing calls are active on my sim.

please help me as soon as possible.its very very urgent plz solve my problem immediately
