Dear Sir,

my mobile no. for Prepaid Airtel connection is 7702123407. I have converted my Post paid service to prepaid on 10th Oct with all the documents and photograph submitted. After that my service for prepaid has been activated. but on 20th october Airtel has suddenly barred my outgoing facility without any intimation. When I visited their Splendid Tower, secunderabad office, they said that the documents I have submitted were handled by a trainee who has not scanned the documetns properly and I need to submit all the documents with photograph again.

Firstly they had to intimate me prior to debarred my outgoing facility and should not harrass me to provide all the documents again. They must have those documents hard copies in thier archives, but still they are asking for fresh copies.
