Hi Team,

I have been using Airtel prepaid subscription since a while now. I only try to contact in an extreme situation which I think everybody does. However the problems people face are different with different people. What exactly happend with me, is that, I am using Blackberry subscription since the time I have airtel prepaid connection. I have been charged only .05 paisa for a text message. Recently I got to know that it been increased to 1.00 rupee/text. I am fine with it however I was told that you will be charged same rate till the time u use blackberry subscription which had bot happend. I spoke to customer care and then things turn in a rigid way. They discord me many times I thought that there are different type of representatives so may be that person is in a bad mood when usually happens with everyone. I spoke to another person they put me on a 20 mins hold n never came back after a day I called in again but result was same even worst this rep puts my call on hold about 25 mins n never came back I I got little service centric stratigy and asked next rep to transfer my call directly to floor supervisior he spoke to me but I still doubt that was not supervisior as he was even unable to understand english and his annitiation was typical and I strated in hindi as I know that language as well. He told me that if u want to stay with aortel its ok and I not then change the network n disconnected the call even I told that person I will go cunsumer court for your behaviour but he was stick to that he simplified again we have been charging 1.00 and we never charged you 0.05 paisa. I was surprised. And shocked as well. I thought may be he will start abusing me in a while so I disconnected the call this supervisior which he says he is Inderjeet kumar and rep I spoke with last time is Manish bahari.

I would really appreciate if somebody would ask them to pull the call records of my coneection to listen the calls I made and than look into what could have been and what is suppose to be done after that. Whosoever is accountable to this but I blame Airtel itself since they hire people who get training which think for process knowledge and also would like to advise Mr. Mittal you can give 1000 more for per employee to train them on basics of custmer service etiquette.
