Deficiency in service

Me and my family are Airtel users since the last few years. we have had several complaints abt the deficiency in service provided by airtel but none of the complaints are ever entertained.

I recently (26- 30 oct) sent a few mms from my air tel number. i got a false delivery and msg retrieved report and my balance was also deducted, but the mms were never delivered to the recipient. The customer care executives are pathetic. They don't even understand the nature of complaint and give false assurance. In one single day i called up the customer care as well as technical help center several times but was only given false assurances.

Airtel is looting people by starting VAS and deducting money for the same. the balance is never returned n it's a headache to keep calling customer care for stopping every damn service that i never asked for in the first place.

I request other harried airtel users to join me in taking airtel to consumer court.
