My name is Jasjeet Singh and my Telephone Number is 9557575957, recieved missed call from 923477474060 on 02-11 at 01:36 PM.
I have received a missed call from above stated number (923477474060) which when I searched online turns out that 92 is the code of Pakistan, and when I called 198 to complaint about why I am receiving such type of missed calls the Airtel Customer Care refused to file a complaint against the same and made a mockery about it and told me to call the number back, they said it was not their responsibility to file any such sort of complaint. which is very unprofessional and irresponsible on their behalf, If a customer is receiving a fake missed calls from a number which is located in Pakistan, at least they should file complaint of the customer and inform TRAI about it, which I think as a Telecom service provider is their duty to protect their customers from any sort of criminal activity behind such fake calls.
