Dear sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that I am a consumer of Airtel vide, mobile no 9860436695 (Pune). As I have been facing network problem for last one month and due to this I have missed many of the business calls therefore I requested several times on 121 (Airtel Customer care number) to resolve the problem and every time I have been assured that my problem will be resolved within 48 hours but it has been more than a month now but the issue remains unresolved upon that I finally I decided to change the operator. As per the process, before we change the operator all the outstanding dues are required to be cleared, hence I cleared all the outstanding bills
As the partial fulfillment of the said process includes sending SMS (PORT 9860436695) to Airtel on the number 1900 but when I am sending SMS on this number the reply comes- "You have entered an incorrect codes PORT< your 10 digit mobile number and initiate a new number in request". I have been trying for more than months but the same reply is coming every time. I have contacted several times to Airtel Call centre and wrote a mail to nodal officer Airtel as well still, I have not received the code from Airtel so that I could change the operator. Airtel is neither resolving my issue nor giving me the code so that I could change the operator.
Under the above mentioned circumstances, I request your immediate intervention so that no consumer henceforth falls prey to their technical shackle and suffer.
