Non providing of MNP code

Respected Sir,

I am user of Prepaid No. 7814934500 of AIRTEL. This companny's services are not upto mark. I want to change service provider. I have send 3 times SMSs to 1900 [PORT 7814934500], every time company dedcuted Rs. 1 as SMS charges but till date it has not provided me MNP code. also there is no satisfactory response from their customer care. please help me to solve this problem as am suffering from this problem since last 5 days.
