My airtel mobile number is 7600750413. The daily cricket service has been automatically activated in my number and my balance is being cut everyday. I have tried all kinds of methods to deactivate it but it is impossible to for a message to be successfully sent. Meanwhile they keep charging for an unwanted service. When i dial the number to deactivate cricket daily, they send back "you are not subscribed to this pack". This is a real nuisance & the customer care needs to be more cooperative.
Please deactivate this service immediately.
