Activation of Services not asked fo

Hi

This is to inform that my Airtel mobile number 09717490728 has been overcharged by over Rs 6500 for my usage of 3G data in the month of September.

My 3G plan of Rs 450 with 600 MB free usage which I got activated in the month of may was changed automatically to 0 rental plan on 25th of July which I never asked for (as per your customer care people) and was again changed back to 450 Rs rental plan on 22nd of September and I was charged as per 0 rental plan for 22 days in the month of September.

The Customer care people are not accepting their own mistake and saying that I may have sent some request for the same. when I asked them to show any such request from my side they did not responded nor did they reversed the charges.

What actions can be taken against them
