We have taken 1mbps leaseline from airtel, and we paid 3 months advance payment with installation charges to airtel.sudeenly i received one bill totally different from airtel quoation given to me at a higher side of 25% more and they said i have to pay additionally 8000rs. I was send so many times mail to [email protected]@customercare.in, [email protected]
for bill query and cancellation for lease month. last month itself i have send more than 15 emails. they send
acknowledgement mail only they didn't cancel my line now also.
they are chiting the people.
