Dear sir,
I am using airtel number from past years. Now i want to change that number to tata docomo for best call charges. for that i was applied for portability. After applying i got call from airtel customer care with offering a less tariff charges plan. So i asked them to give airtel to airtel p and other mobile 30p. They agreed and told me to cancel your number portability for that offer. so i done that. But till i not get that offer, when i ask them about that they told that this number is not eligible for that. if they already told about this i was changed to other best network. Regarding this i made many calls to customer care but they not respond to my feeling . i suffered lot. WHY THEY ARE GIVING FAKE REPORT TO US? please give me a solution to my number.
