Unauthorized charges

Sir,

I am using following airtel number

8511841505.

We are getting unwanted messages and unwanted calls everyday and the currency is getting deducted for unsubscribed options which we have not at all requested. Several times we had made a request on 121 to discontinue all unnecessary services but till date no action has been taken.

So please discontinue unnecessary services for the phone no 8511841505 with immediete effect and see that we do not get unwanted and promotional sms's on daily basis for the above given cell number. Pls do the needful and allow us to continue with airtel.
