I am using airtel mobile services since last for 3 years. Today on (15/12), I have recharged for Rs59 for 15 days internet pack and thats is... recharge with Rs 59 and u will get 1GB data plan..after doing recharge with Rs59, I got only 500mb... i have just call on the airtel customer care they told that "Its our mistake that we have updated our system and u will get only 500mb sorry" then i have told them that its 1GB plan and u have given me only 500mb... now i told them to give me 500mb so that i will get 1GB.they have disconnected my call... u can check this out by dialing " *567# " on airtel mobile service... after dialing *567# select option 4 u will see that recharge with Rs59-1GB... By this airtel is making fool to thousand of people of Gujarat... u contact on my mobile phone '9724855335' or email me at [email protected]... i request u take some action against this..
