Sir i have airtel prepaid connection for over a year and half. For 10-12days on my phone no. subscription of monotune service is activated without my will .i regularly contact on airtel customer care line to stop the service on my number .airtel managers assure me that they stop this service and now it will not be activated on my mobile no.but it is of no help and the next day a message that''a monotune service has been activated on my mobile and i have been charged Rupees 3 for it''.i have call customer care no. of airtel for 6-7 times in 10-12 days but they are not taking any action .some entertainment pack is also activated without my choice on my airtel no. sir please take some action against it.
