Deduction of amount

Respected sir/madam,

This to inform you that airtel has deducted Rs 220 from my main balance instead of deducting it from internet balance and after i logged my complain they have only refunded Rs 101. And

balance is still pending after calling in there customer care they first said that you will get your balance by 23 december. And then when i did not got the balance they again took my new complain and they are saying that the problem will be solved by 27 december.

They should the balance immediately because they know it is there fault.

Please look into this matter.
