Respected Sir/ Madam
My name is Sathesh Kumar & my mobile no 9952363383. I activated hello tune on my mobile number and later my sim got deactivated. when i bought a duplicate sim i was shocked to find that my hello tune has been deactivated. When i called Customer care, they just informed me that i deactivated it by sending an sms to airtel to request for deactivation of hellotune. How can it be true? How can i send an sms when the sim is deactivated. Think about it... They knew very well that there is some problem with their system but still they are not accepting it.
What a crappy customer service my airtel. I either need my refund or my Hello tune back.
AirTel = Cheater
Somebody please help me to solve my problem.
