Mobile service plan

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Airtel network with mobile no. 9890914231 since 4 year with friends plan but before one month my service plan is changed to 1paisa/1 sec.

When i came to know that i can get benefit of 39 rupees recharge i.e 30paisa/min to other and 10paisa/min A-A at anytime, but i recharged my service with this plan on 16th Dec and 29th Dec airtel still charging 1 paisa/sec.

when i complained to Airtel costumer care regarding this issue, i got request reference number CBNRA31229445269 on 29th Dec 11.

Problem yet not solved.

Please do needful otherwise my current plan i.e 1paisa/sec may force me to throw airtel sim card.
