Dear Sir/Madam,
I am very much disappointed with Mobile service provider Airtel for deducting my balance from my account after deactivating the service. Due to their network failure recently happened, they were not able to keep proper track but this is not customers fault. I deactivated my Massage scheme but after deactivating also, they deducted my balance from my account and when I complained this issue to their executive, she straight away blamed me for whatever happened. This is ridiculous. How one can blame other if you are in fault???
If companies like them behave like this then what we can expect from others???
