This is to complain about poor service of airtel I am having a broadband connection of airtel for over 15 months now However my broadband stopped working on 20 oct I made a complaint on 21 oct but even till date which is approx 75 days or so no one has bothered to call or visit to fix the issue I have made repeated calls to the customer service to get this issue resolved everytime i call i was told that it will take couple of more days because of some technical issues I made another request in december to disconnect the line and the moment I did that I started receiving calls everyday till today to clear my outstanding payment and that too till 9th nov This is highly unacceptable why do i make payment beyond 20th oct when it stopped working the customer service people do not understand the basic thing and have been arguing with me numerous times most of the times they have been unprofessional and rude in their behaviour and has been harassing me for over a month now I do not want to continue my services with airtel anymore because of pathetic services but ready to clear the dues but only till the time i have used it send me the details. I have had to incur losses due to this as I work from home most of the time and instead of claiming my losses from airtel, i am only requesting them to either fix the issue or send bill till the day it was working.
