Hello sir, i am Prashant Kumar from patna at 8th january my rs 10 was diducted from my balance without any notice, when i called customer care person they refused to return my amount by saying that i have used some mobile tv service which i never requested or used around given that but they refused my request by saying that i have requested for it.sir i am student, so i didn't frequently change my number and i am loyal for airtel from about 3 years but they are cheating their customers, please help me get my balance with consesion else i will look forward to change my operator via porting.
