I, Tarapada De am an Airtel customer (Mob No 9878971443). My mobile is registered for Do Not Distrub. Automatically Airtel has activated so many packs like Pooja Room daily alerts, Devotional Combo Pack, Com Jnc, Cricket Commentary pack, Advanced Cricket Pack etc on 16 Jan12. When I have spoken with the Customer Care Execuitive for the reason they replied that a request had been generated from my mobile. I have not given a call for the pack. I am harassing by Airtel Mobile service provider. Please investigate and take proper action.
