Deduct Money for hello tune without subscription

Just Few minutes back i got automated call from Airtel regarding to hellotune.

i have press cancel button and after minutes i got message like thanks for subscribing hello tune and deduct 30 rupees from my account.

For Further clarification i have dial customer care number 3-4 time but after describing the problem they are just break the communication.

Second thing 20 days back i have request airtel to provide me my aitel prepaid bill at email ID they deduct 50 rupees from my account but still not send any response same thing happening after calling to customer care describing the problem they are just break the communication.

Problem is i am in rooming from last 3 month. i have spend lots of money on call to customercare
