This is for your kind consideration that i am using my airtel mobile number 9818006277 since last 6 years.and today on dated 23/01, at 9:45 Am i received one message from AD-54321 that your service have been renewed for KKM_30 Subscription service from Airtel.you have been charged RS.30.when i call to customer care 198 they said that As per their Service Suervisor Mr Amandeep Singh that it cant be refund, and said that one service has been already activated on your mobile Chiranjeev Pack one Rs per Day and till date your 41 Rs has been deducted.i said pease give me proof of this that i have activated this service as per your words, he said that i am forwarding your complaint. Kindly provide me solution of this that how they deduct money from prepaid connection without prior confirmation.
