I am suffering from a big problem & problem from Airtel (U.P. East).

They are not giving to me good service, hurrahs me also & deduct balance approximate 1000/-

The date of 30-12, i was activated a local/std minutes pack. After receive the activation message when i call a number the packs was not worked. And from my main account a large number of balance was deduct. Then i registered a complain on the date 31-12 in customer care but i do not find any solution till the 14-01. I was call again to the customer care. Call picked from Nodal officer (Hitanshi) I was tell her about this problems. But she was not given me any satisfied answer also she's giving me stupid type answer. she said i don't know anything.
