Airtel has a habit of activating any scheme on a person's no. on their own without even taking the permission of the customer. It has so happened with me not once, not twice but many times that they activate a scheme and send a message after few weeks stating you have so and son facility on and you are being charged this much monthly or daily. This is not acceptable. Airtel had activated some scheme of 'Hungama'. On complaining the customer care apologized and said this would not happen again. I trusted the so called customer care who is supposed to take care of the customers but it was astonishing for me to know that even after the complain when i checked after a few days the scheme was still on. On complaining again today, this hopeless female told me it would be done in 4 working hours but still nothing has been done. I had called around 9 am and it is 2:30pm now. This company is losing many customers and I guess will lose me soon even though I have been a loyal customer of Airtel for over 8 years now. This was my 1st connection and I have maintained it ever since but with this annoying attitude of the customer care and also the weird policy of the company, where they activate any scheme as per their wish, I would definitely not want to carry on with their service.
