Caller tune is activated on no.7869129995 with any information and balance also deducted from my account.

I have called on 23/01 to customer care executive to stop the caller tune. Customer care executive stopped the caller tune service and told me your deduction is restored with in 4 hours. But deduction is not

restored to till date. After than i called many times no body give proper response.
