DEACTIVATION OF NUMBER

Hello,

This is Aditya Mathur.i have been using a airtel from last 2 or 3 yrs.my number is 8800449866.registered on the Photo Id of my Sister Prachi Mathur.i want to complaint regarding inconvienence and unproffesional attitude at the Airtel store.actually i have lost my sim card in the second week of january.i visited to the Airtel Store (Rohtas Nagar, Shahdara).and submitted the photo id proof along with the photo to get the new sim on 28/1.i was promised dat number will be activated within 4 hrs.but the barefact is that my number is not activated yet..airtel store employer Ms. Shilpi miscommunicated and misbehaved with me... day before yesterday on 30/01 (monday)..i call to the airtel store shahdara..the same girl Shilpi was saying sir 'koi bat ni activate nahi hua to".den i called to nodal center they informed me that there must be some technical problem in your sim so i visited again to the same airtel store there Shilpi told me that"mere se galti ho gai jo apko sim diya".what would i understand from dis statement.she was talking me in very negative attitude.this type of behaviour or inconvienence is not expected with airtel.at the same store not a single employee was in professional uniform of airtel... i m very much disturbed with this kind of inconvienence.. nodal department just promised for the activation of number but i cant see any sight of hope... on 31/01 i got issued the new sim of number (8991101102235760844 H-2). NUMBER IS STILL NOT ACTIVATED ON 01/02... we are very old consumer of airtel... i m now totally harrased and disturbed with this kind of inconvienence... just because i hv lost my sim card i m facing all this... i hope u would look upon my complaint seriously and will take immediate action towards the airtel...
