My Airtel Prepaid Connection (Tamil Nadu) - 9952586232 was activated during Dec after due verification by Airtel authorities.
Now the connection has been DEACTIVATED from 28 Jan.
Though the SIM had sufficient balance and is supposed to be valid till Sep I don't understand why the connection should be deactivated.
Customer Care on 9840198401 was contacted by me and the reason given by Airtel was non usage of connection. Last call made by me was on 14 Jan and the SIM was functional upto 27 Jan.
Those who are planning to buy a Airtel Prepaid connection please be cautious!!!
