Alance deuction

My balance is continuously deducted from 18th January following-

1. rs 75 on 18th jan.

2.rs 30 on 3rd feb.

3. rs 11 on 8th feb.

4 rs 25 on 10th feb.

i am facing too much with so i hope your kind authorities will sort out my problem as soon.
