Unable to communicate the customer care

Since i am unable to communicate to your customer care i am writing to you. I have following complaints on my mobile No (9791899546). Hope you will respond at the earliest.

1. I have applied for portability on last Friday. Your executive contacted me and informed that i have a plan for 30 paise per minute. i approved that plan, they have replied that this plan will be activated with in 48 hours. still the plan is not yet activated.

2. I have complained that i am not able to communicate to your customer care @ 121 and 198. They said that will file an complaint on that and your customer care will contact me with in 1.00 Pm on Monday. But no one is contacted me and also my problem is not yet resolved. That is why i am writing to you. If i am calling to 198 then press 5, it is telling that if you have any complaints please dial *121# .

3. Also your customer care executives are not polite, they are speaking harshly. Also they are breaking the call if we ask any technical question to them. I faced this problem several times.
